There are 7 Xenia Boutique Houses in Oristano. One structure, right in the centre, houses five flats equipped with all comforts. The other, not far from the city centre, houses the other two holiday homes. All are very recently built, and in a strategic position for experiencing the city or the archaeological and natural wonders of the Sinis peninsula, just a few kilometres away.

The idea behind the Boutique House is to make the people who stay there feel comfortable. It lacks none of the things one needs to feel at home.
All Xenia flats are carefully designed and equipped with quality appliances, accessories, furnishings and finishes. They are perfect for those who do not want to compromise on comfortable spaces and essential accessories.
Xenia means hospitality because those who are well received must forget that they are in someone else's home, and the place they were just passing through perceives it as their own: comfortable, cosy and pleasant.
